Structural Design

Our designers will work with you in developing your very own, unique piece of Burgopak packaging. The packaging can be designed to overcome any technical challenges you face, such as product protection, postal volume restrictions or meeting regulations. They will develop an unboxing process and advise materials and physical touch points that deliver the best brand experience.

Burgopak designs everything with appropriate manufacturability in mind. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure that all packaging solutions are as efficient as possible and can be made within the project timeline.

Artwork Pre-press

Burgopak’s artwork team are here to help your graphic designers create the most impactful graphical treatment of the packaging. They can recommend finishes and features to make your graphics truly standout and advise in the technical execution and building of the artwork itself.

Rigorous pre-press checks completed in advance of production are matched with a robust approval process to ensure everything is correct ready for press.

Prototyping

Burgopak’s advanced prototyping capabilities allow us to quickly move from ideas to reality. Fully working prototypes are used to validate concepts and refine them until the best solution has been reached. Samples are shared with you throughout the development process for feedback on design, functionality and material choices.

We can even print these prototypes, so you can truly see what your packaging will look like.
